JAKARTA - PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI) officially debuted on Indonesia Stock Exchange today (8/9). This issuer is the 41st listed company in 2020 and the 704th company listed on the IDX.
For information, PURI released 200 million new shares or the equivalent of 20% of the paid-up capital after the public offering. In this IPO, PURI set an offering price of Rp 170 per share and the company has the potential to reap fresh funds of Rp 340 billion. In this IPO, PURI appointed PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk (PANS) as the underwriter.
As reported by Kontan, 96.6% of PURI's IPO funds will be used to increase the equity participation of a subsidiary, PT Puri Karya Bersama, which will be used to purchase land bank. Meanwhile, the remaining IPO will be used as working capital. (LM)
