JAKARTA. PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) has released 131,904,691 of its PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) shares at a price of Rp 1,620 / share.
From the sale, SRTG managed to raise Rp 213.68 billion. After the sale, SRTG still owns 4,189,971,184 MDKA shares. The transaction was carried out on 31 August 2020.
Juan Akbar Indraseno from Legal and Corporate Secretarial Division of Saratoga announced the transaction in a disclosure published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website on Tuesday (8/9). "The purpose of the transaction is divestment," he said. (AM/AR)
