JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) closed today's trading (8/9) at 5,244.07. The index was observed to have strengthened 13.87 points or 0.26% from the last closing 5,230.19.
During the day, the index was seen moving between 5,232.91 and 5,256.30. As many as 13.05 billion shares have been traded with a total transaction value of Rp 6.28 trillion.
A total of 221 stocks fell, 307 stocks moved horizontally and 180 stocks moved higher. The top gainers at closing bell are PT Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk (JSKY), PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk (POLL), and PT Trinitan Metals and Minerals Tbk (PURE). (LM)
