JAKARTA. PT Daya Mulia Turangga and PT Gama Group have confirmed their ownership of 51% of Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA toll road project, which is targeted to be operational in 2024.
Daya Mulia Turangga and Gama Group are also leaders in the private-SOE consortium that is building the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA toll road. The two companies signed a concession agreement, a guarantee agreement, and a toll road regression agreement, together with other consortium members on Wednesday (9/9).
"The consortium is lead by the private sector, while the Tut Wuri Handayani (member) also includes Adhi Karya and Jasa Marga," said Basuki Hadimuljono, Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), who was also present at the signing of the consortium agreement.
For information, the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA toll road is planned to have a total length of 96.57 kilometres. (KR/AR)
