JCI slides 37.73 points at midday break

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) fell 37.73 points or 0.74% to 5.063.13 at the end of today's session (16/9). As of this afternoon, the index has been seen moving in the range of 5,055.76 and 5,116.68 after it closed  at 5,100.86 yesterday.

All sectoral indices fell and dragged JCI to the red zone. The biggest decline occurred in the infrastructure sector which slumped up to 1.45%.

LQ45 top losers in today's session I were PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) and PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA). (LM)
