JAKARTA. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte) have renewed their loan facility agreement with MUFG Bank Ltd., which was made in February 2017.

For information, Protelindo is a company whose 99.99% shares are owned by PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR). Meanwhile, Iforte is a subsidiary of Protelindo.

After the renewal, the maximum value of loan facility that Protelindo and Iforte can use is Rp 500 billion. "The purpose of the amendment is to support the working capital and / or general goals of Protelindo and Iforte," said Ghazali.
