JAKARTA. PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) is seeking Rp 3.16 trillion from a rights issue and a warrant issuance.
The plan was announced in a stock exchange filing on Friday (18/9). According to the announcement, proceeds from the rights issue will be used to finance the company's projects during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The company said that its controlling shareholder are fully committed to exercise its right in the rights issue, while its standby buyer PT Raja Berkah Tentram is committed to absorb the shares issued.
Proceeds from the corporate action, said the company, will be fully used within two years. (AM/MS)
