JAKARTA - PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk (TIRT) has not received any assurance that it will receive additional loan facility apart from the Rp1 trillion facility provided by PT Harita Jayaraya (HJR). This was stated by Djohan Surja Putra, President Director of PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk (TIRT) yesterday (22/9).
"Until now, the company has not been able to determine when the addendum will be carried out," he said
He explained that the tenor of the loan facility was three years. The loan will be disbursed in stages For information, HJR holds 81.17% of TIRT shares.
Previously, TIRT announced that it would receive additional loan facility from HJR, which will be used to pay off bank loans and trade payables. (LK/AR)
