JAKARTA. In order to comply with the minimum core capital regulation of Rp1 trillion, PT Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk plans to increase its capital through a rights issue.
The plan was announced through a disclosure published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's website on Tuesday (22/9). The company will seek for approval from its shareholders during the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in early November 2020.
In its disclosure, the company stated that the rights issue was planned to be held at the end of the second semester of 2020.
If the company's shareholders choose not to exercise their rights, their stake will be diluted by 14.29%. (AM/AR)
