JAKARTA. In the first half of 2020, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) has used 24% of its capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of Rp8 trillion. Meanwhile, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) has spent 16% of its CapEx budget of Rp4.7 trillion
Director of ICBP Thomas Tjhie said that the fund came from the company's internal cash and bank loans. "The source of funding is the company's cash and if it is not enough, we will use bank loans," said Thomas in a public expose on Wednesday (23/9).
Thomas explained that ICBP's budget was not used for the acquisition of Pinehill Group, which cost US$2.99 million. (AM/AR)
