JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) strengthened 69.8 points or 1.44% to 4,912.55 at midday break (25/9). Until this afternoon, the index was seen moving in the range of 4,848.16 and 4,916.40 after it was closed yesterday at 4,842.75.
All sectoral indices strengthened and pushed the JCI to the green zone. The biggest increase occurred in the financial sector and miscellaneous industries which grew 2.18%.
LQ45 top gainers at midday break today are PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN), PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) and PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI). (LM)
