JAKARTA. PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) has just secured a new contract worth Rp369.05 billion for the construction of The Parc South City apartment in Pondok Cabe, South Jakarta.
Salomo Sihombing, Director of TOPS, claimed that the contract showed that the company's performance is still quite stable amid the COVID-19 pandemic. "This shows that Totalindo is able to survive amidst economic uncertainty and give its best performance," said Sihombing through an official statement received by idnfinancials.com.
In this project, TOPS will be the main contractor responsible for the structural, architectural, and plumbing works of The Parc South City apartment. The project, which is built on an area of 57 hectares, will take 46 months to complete.
Sihombing added that the contract increased the total value of new contracts obtained by TOPS since the beginning of the year to Rp858.15 billion, equivalent to 72% of the target set for 2020 of Rp500 billion to Rp1.2 trillion. (KR/AR)
