JAKARTA. PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. obtained a loan facility worth Rp2 trillion from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The loan will be used to pay off its maturing bonds.
The loan has an interest rate of 9.5% with 6-month tenor.
The loan will be used to pay off the company's bonds that will mature on 6 and 16 October 2020. "With the loan, the company hopes to improve its performance," wrote Waskita Karya's management in a disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (AM/AR)
