JAKARTA - PT Perdana Bangun Perkasa Tbk (KONI) will carry out the fourth phase of its private placement next week (22/10), as announced by Sugianto Kolim, KONI's president director in a disclosure in Jakarta on Thursday (15/10).
He said that his party would issue 22,400,000 new shares at an exercise price of Rp500 per share. "We estimates that the company will raise Rp11.20 billion," he said.
This plan was approved by the company's shareholders at its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPLB) on 23 January 2020. The proceeds from this corporate action will be used for debt refinancing. (LK/AR)
