M Cash Integrasi invests in Digital Maxima Karisma

JAKARTA. PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk (MCAS) invests in PT Digital Maxima Karisma (DMK).

Rachel Stephanie, Director and Corporate Secretary of MCAS, explained that the company now control 31.62 million of DMK shares, equivalent to 62% of DMK shares. The shares controlled by DMK has a total value of Rp316.2 million.

"There is no affiliation in this transaction," said Stephanie through a disclosure published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website on Thursday (15/10).

For information, MCAS has expanded its digital business to various sector recently. As reported by idnfinancials.com at the end of September 2020, the company collaborated with PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel) to launch DigiSaham, the first WhatsApp-based stock information platform in Indonesia.

Previously, MCAS also collaborated with PT Distribution Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) and Transjakarta to launch KiosKu, a platform that can be used to top-up e-money balance for Transjakarta payment. (KR/AR)
