JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened strong in early trading today (16/10). At 09.06 WIB, the index was observed to have strengthened 0.18% to 5,114.
A total of six sectors strengthened and pushed JCI to the green zone. The biggest increase occurred in the construction and property sector, which grew by 1.67%. Meanwhile, the four sectors that weakened in early trading today were the financial sector, miscellaneous industries, agriculture and infrastructure.
LQ45 top gainers in early trading are PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM), PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) and PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA). (LM)
