JAKARTA - Perum Perumnas, a state-owned housing company, continues its penetration to the West Java market by developing landed houses for the lower middle segment.
Budi Saddewa Soediro, President Director of Perumnas stated in a press release published on Friday (16/10) that the landed houses would be developed in Bandung, Purwakarta, Majalengka, Cianjur and Karawang.
The company is marketing several products, including Samesta Pasadana Housing (Bandung), Samesta Royal Campaka (Purwakarta), Samesta Bumi Cikal Asih (Majalengka), Samesta Pondok Indah (Cianjur), Samesta Dramaga, and Samesta Parayasa. In addition, the company also develops vertical housing, including Semesta Grand Sentraland Karawang, Semesta Mahata Margonda, and Semesta Antaloca.
According to him, the company has obtained permits for the development. (LK/AR)
