JAKARTA. The shareholders of PT Bukit Sentul Tbk (BKSL) have agreed to appoint Basaria Panjaitan, former deputy chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) as its president commissioner.
According to the EGM results received by idnfinancials.com, Panjaitan's appointment as president commissioner was supported by 78.07% of all shares with valid voting rights. He replaced Tranggono Ting, who previously served as the company's president commissioner.
Meanwhile, Jonnardi and Sumarsono were re-elected as BKSL's commissioners. Then Tjetje Mulyanto was re-elected as president director, and Iwan Budiharsana was re-elected as director.
For information, Panjaitan had participated in the selection of candidates for leaders of KPK for 2019-2023. However, he did not pass the psychological test. (KR/AR)
