BATAM - Marriott International officially opened a Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Batam, Riau Islands on Monday (19/10).
The hotel is located in the Nagoya business and entertainment district and is 30 minutes away from Hang Nadim International Airport as well as 40 minutes from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal.
“We are excited to see the opening of the Four Points by Sheraton brand in a resort destination with the opening of Four Points by Sheraton Batam,” Marriott International Asia-Pacific President Rajeev Menon said in an official statement received by IDNFinancials.com on Monday.
“With 12 Four Points by Sheraton hotels now present in Indonesia, we are so pleased to expand our footprint to this renowned Indonesian island, welcoming guests to enjoy an urban escape. The debut of Four Points by Sheraton Batam further compliments Marriott International’s commitment to growth in the region .”
Four Points by Sheraton Batam has 218 guest rooms, including one Presidential Suite and 26 apartment units. In addition, the hotel is also equipped with eight meeting rooms, two ballrooms, and the Evolution restaurant which serves all-day dining. (MS)
