JAKARTA. PT Impack Pratama Tbk (IMPC), a manufacturer of plastic-based building materials, will distribute an interim dividend for the 2020 fiscal year of Rp 48.34 billion (Rp 10 per share).
Lenggana Linggawati, IMPC's corporate secretary, explained that the decision was made by the company's board of directors on 21 October 2020.
According to the disclosure published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's (IDX) website on Thursday (22/10), Linggawati mentioned that the IMPC cum dividend on the regular market and negotiations had been set on 3 November 2020, and 5 November 2020 for the cash market. The dividend payment will be made on 13 November 2020.
According to idnfinancials.com data, IMPC booked revenue of Rp 768.07 billion during the first semester of 2020, recorded a growth of 13.58 Year on Year (YoY). (KR/AR)
