JAKARTA. PT Bank BRI Syariah's (BRIS) net profit grew 238% YTD in the third quarter of 2020 to Rp190.58 billion, in line with the 39.63% growth in its revenue.
BRIS's financial report published on Monday (26/10) showed that the company's revenue (after the distribution of profit sharing) rose by 39.63% to Rp2.17 trillion. Along with the increase in revenue, BRIS' operating expenses also rose by 25.81% to Rp1.84 trillion.
Meanwhile, the distribution of credit was recorded at Rp23.93 trillion, 71.06% higher compared to last year's position (year to date / YTD). The distribution of profit-sharing also grew by 29.12% YTD to IDR 15.23 trillion. (AM/AR)
