JAKARTA - PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), the developer of Kota Deltamas, earned Rp 655 billion in revenue and Rp 302 billion in net profit in the first nine months of 2020, lower than its record in the same period last year (Rp 1.27 trillion and Rp 759 billion respectively), mainly due to the fact that some backlog of sales have not been recorded as revenue.
Tondy Dewanto, Director of DMAS, explained that most of the company's revenue came from the industrial sector (Rp 538 billion), followed by the commercial sector (Rp 65 billion), the residential sector (Rp 36 billion), hotels (Rp 9.8 billion), and rental (Rp 6.6 billion). "The industrial sector is still the backbone of our business, especially the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) in Deltamas," he said.
The GIIC area, he said, offers complete and comprehensive facilities and infrastructure. This area, he continued, has been the target of investment of global companies. (LK/AR)
