BJBR will issue Rp 500 billion bonds

JAKARTA. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk (BJBR) plans to issue Shelf Registration Subordinated Bonds II in 2020 with a principal of Rp 500 billion.

According to the information submitted to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), the bonds are offered in two series. Series A has a principal of Rp 162.58 billion with a fixed interest rate of 8.5% per annum and a tenor of 5 years. Meanwhile, Series B has a principal of Rp 337.42 billion with a fixed interest rate of 9% per annum and a tenor of 7 years.

The bonds will be offered from 10 to 12 November 2020 and listed on the IDX on 17 November 2020. 

BJBR appointed 4 securities companies as underwriters for its bonds. The four companies are PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM). (KR/AR)
