JAKARTA - PT Karya Makmur Kreasi Prima (KMKP), a subsidiary of PT Kokoh Inti Arebama Tbk (KOIN), managed to raise funds after selling its land and building to a third party for Rp58.70 billion.
Susalak Khiew Orn, KOIN's director, said that in the company's disclosure that the transaction was carried out on Monday (2/11). The buyer has no affiliation with the company. "With a healthy financial condition, the company can focus on expanding its business," he said.
According to him, the sale was done to improve the company's cash flow. (LK/AR)
