JAKARTA - PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) has successfully booked revenue of Rp 19.65 trillion in the first nine months of this year. In the same period last year, the company's revenue was recorded at Rp 18.72 trillion.
Based on the company's financial report which ended on September 30, 2020, revenue from contracts with customers was recorded at Rp 19.55 trillion. Meanwhile, the income from operating leases was Rp 104.41 billion.
In 9M20, EXCL depreciation expense was recorded at Rp 7.41 trillion and infrastructure expense of Rp 6 trillion. Then, the company succeeded in reducing interconnection and other direct expenses as well as selling and marketing expenses to Rp 1.19 trillion and Rp 1.35 trillion, respectively.
Thus, EXCL's net profit for this period reached Rp 2.07 trillion. This number increased by around 316% from last year's achievement of Rp 498.41 billion. (LM)
