JAKARTA - PT Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk (BBSI) targets to raise Rp 43.82 billion during its rights issue, which will be held at the end of this month (26/11). The corporate action plan was approved by the company's shareholders during BBSI's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which took place yesterday (2/11).
In the prospectus published today (5/11), BBSI management said that it plans to offer 438,627,450 shares, or 14.29% of the company's total issued and paid-up capital. The proceeds from the corporate action will be used to provide more lending to customers.
As of 31 October 2020, BISI had an authorized capital of Rp 800 billion and issued and paid-up capital of Rp 263.17 billion. The company's shareholders include Sundjono Suriadi (35.59%), PT Sun Land Investama (32.23%), PT Sun Antarnusa Investment (17.18%), and the public (15%). (LK/AR)
