JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened strong in early trading today (11/11). At 09.08 WIB, the index was observed to have strengthened 29 points to the level of 5,493.
A total of seven sectoral indices strengthened and pushed the JCI to the green zone. The largest increase occurred in various industrial sectors, which grew by 2.12%. The three sectors that weakened at the start of trade were the construction, trade and consumer goods sectors.
LQ45 top gainers at early trading were PT Astra International Tbk (ASII), PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA), and PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI). (LM)
