JAKARTA - PT Robusta Buana Tunggal (RBT) increases its stake in PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) to 7.25% after purchasing 29,049,111 of TEBE shares for IDR 31.83 billion (IDR 1,096 per share).
Emily Bonosusatya, RBT's director, stated that after the transaction, RBT now owns 93,239,816 of TEBE shares.
On the same day, Calden Investment Limited, one of the shareholders of TEBE which was founded in the British Virgin Islands, sold 29,049,111 of its TEBE shares (partial divestment), reducing its stake to 8.88%. (LK/AR)
