JAKARTA - PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel), a subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM), has invested USD 150 million in PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (AKAB), the manager of Gojek.

Andi Setiawan, VP of Investor Relations at TLKM, said that the agreement between the two companies was signed in Jakarta yesterday (16/11). The investment, he said, is a form of commitment in providing beyond connectivity services. "Telkom believes this collaboration will provide services and solutions in building an inclusive digital ecosystem for Indonesian people," he said.

According to him, the investment is a form of support or Gojek, a super app in Southeast Asia and Indonesia. (LK/AR)
