JAKARTA - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), a property developer, will boost the recurring income contribution to 25% of the company's total revenue in the next 5 years. This was conveyed by Christy Grassela, Corporate Secretary of BSDE in an information disclosure on Wednesday (18/11).

The company is looking for opportunities to add other products that can generate income from the recurring income segment, apart from property investment. "The main goal is to increase the contribution of recurring income to the range of 20% to 25% of total revenue," she said.

As yet, BSDE's largest revenue - approximately 80.5% - comes from land and building sales; while the rest comes from the recurring income segment as much as 18.52%, consisting of 13.64% rental income and 4.88% building management.

In the third quarter of 2020, the biggest contributor to BSDE's revenue, reached IDR 3.44 trillion, came from sales of land, buildings and strata title buildings. The rental income segment reached IDR 583.56 billion, and building management at IDR 208.82 billion. (LK/VA)
