GREN shares delisted from IDX

JAKARTA. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced the delisting of the shares of PT Evergreen Invesco Tbk (GREN) after having been suspended for two years.

In an official statement on Friday (20/11), IDX said GREN did not show any significant business improvement in the past three years, which saw the company record consecutive losses. In addition, the company has also not published a financial report for the 2019 fiscal year.

"The Exchange has decided on the delisting of PT Evergreen Invesco Tbk (GREN) from the Indonesia Stock Exchange effectively starting from 23 November 2020," said IDX Head of Corporate Assessment III Goklas Tambunan.

53.26% of GREN's shares is currently owned by Natural Crystal Holding Inc, while public investors with ownership below 5% own a 40.52% stake and the remaining 6.22% is owned by First Venture Ltd. (KR/MS)
