JAKARTA - On November 19, PT Jasamarga Related Business (JMRB), a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR), focusing on managing and developing Rest Areas and digital businesses signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) strategic collaboration with PT Netzme Kreasi Indonesia (NETZME).
This strategic collaboration is expected to help accelerate the digital transformation process of the Rest Area ecosystem in all tolls belonging to the Jasa Marga Group, including in this case the implementation of a QRIS-based cashless payment system.
President Director of JMRB, Cahyo Satrio Prakoso said that this collaboration is expected to bring good and productive synergy in the development and management of the Rest Area by empowering local Micro and Small Enterprises (MSMEs) players, because NETZME itself also has a vision and mission that is in line with the empowerment of MSME players using the latest digital technology and cashless payment systems.
Collaboration in the digital transformation process along with cashless payment systems like this is not the first for Netzme. Previously, Netzme had also collaborated with the Association of Indonesian Batik Craftsmen and Entrepreneurs (APPBI) and the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI). (LM)
