JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) strengthened by 49.51 points or 0.89% to 5,621.17 at midday break today (23/11). The index was observed to move in the range of 5,571.65 and 5,627.08 after it closed at 5,571.65 yesterday.
All sectoral indices fell and dragged JCI to the green zone. The biggest increase occurred in the basic industry sector, which grew by 2.28%.
LQ45 top gainers at midday break today were PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN), PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR) and PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL). (LM)
