SMI will issue bonds worth IDR 3.33 trillion

JAKARTA - PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) plans to issue Bond II Phase V in 2020 of IDR 3.33 trillion starting from next week (4-8/12). The funds raised from this obligation will be used to finance infrastructure.

From the short prospectus published on Tuesday (24/11), the bonds offered in Series A are at IDR 2.21 trillion with an interest rate of 6.30% per annum for a three-year period, and Series B at IDR 1.11 trillion with an interest rate of 6, 70% per annum for a five-year period. Payment for Series A and B will be paid 100%.

The appointed underwriters are PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk; while the trustee is PT Bank Mandiri Pefindo has assigned an idAAA (triple A) rating for the issuance of these bonds.
