JAKARTA - PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) will pay the third interim dividend in the 2020 fiscal year amounting to Rp 115.17 billion or Rp 20 per share, said SMSM Director Ang Andri Pribadi in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday (24/11).
According to Mr Pribadi, the third interim dividend will be paid on 22 December 2020. "This will be calculated at the company's AGM, which will be held afterwards," he said.
The plan was decided at a board of directors' meeting between directors Djojo Hartono and Aris Setyapranarka on Monday (23/11). It has also been approved by the company's board of commissioners, including President Commissioner Surja Hartono and Independent Commissioner Handi Hidajat Suwardi. (LK/MS)
