JAKARTA - PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), the developer of Deltamas industrial area, will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 1.20 trillion, as stated by Tondy Suwanto, Director of DMAS, in information disclosure published on Wednesday (24/11).
He said that the decision to distribute the interim dividend was made during the meeting of DMAS' board of directors. "As much as IDR 1.20 trillion or IDR 25 per share to shareholders who are registered by 4 December 2020," he said.
The interim dividend will be distributed on 18 December 2020. Cum date for the regular and negotiations markets is scheduled for 2 December 2020, and 3 December for the cash market. Ex-date for the regular and negotiations market is scheduled for 3 December 2020, and 7 December 2020 for the cash market. (LK/AR)
