JAKARTA. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. and the Association of Indonesian Industrial Estates (HKI) are cooperating to support the acceleration of industrial estates in the country.
Director of Consumer and Commercial Lending of Bank BTN Hirwandi Gafar said industrial estates were the government's foundation to boost the national economy., especially during a pandemic.
"This cooperation is a form of our support for the acceleration of industrial estates which can have a positive impact on the Indonesian economy as a whole," said Hirwandi after signing a Memorandum of Understanding between Bank BTN and IPR in Jakarta on Thursday (26/11).
According to Hirwandi, Bank BTN is ready to become a one-stop service for the housing ecosystem, including providing housing and infrastructures.
BTN will offer various banking facilities that can be maximally utilized by IPRs, such as construction loans, land ownership loans, working capital loans, contractor working capital loans, and investment loans. (AM/AR)
