JAKARTA - PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) or RNI signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Indonesian Retail Entrepreneurs Association (Aprindo) to secure food supply in the retail market.

The MoU was signed by RNI CEO Arief Prasetyo Adi and Aprindo Chair Roy Mandey at Lippo Mall Kemang, South Jakarta on Wednesday (25/11) with Trade Minister Agus Suparmanto in attendance.

“Through the partnership, RNI and the Food Cluster State-owned Enterprise are prepared to ensure the security of food supply in retail stores. This effort is in line with the role of the Food Cluster State-owned Enterprise to ensure the availability and affordability of food in the community,” RNI wrote in an official statement on the Ministry of State-owned Enterprises’ website, Thursday (26/11).

“It is expected that, in addition to opening an opportunity to expand the market for products by the Food Cluster State-owned Enterprise, this partnership will also stimulate the strengthening of Indonesia’s MSMEs.” (MS)
