JAKARTA - PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) will distribute an interim dividend, for 2020 financial year, of US$ 18.43 million to all registered shareholders as of December 7, 2020. This dividend will be paid on 18 December 2020.
Christanto Pranata, Corporate Secretary of POWR, said that it was decided during a joint meeting of the board of commissioners and board of directors on Wednesday (25/11). "The distribution of interim dividends, to eligible shareholders with Bank Indonesia's middle rate, is IDR 14,169 every US$ 1," he said in an information disclosure, published on Friday (27/11).
He also mentioned that the interim dividend value was IDR 261.26 billion. As for the cum-and-ex dividends will be distributed to the regular market on December 3-4, and to the cash market on December 7-8, 2020. (LK/VA)
