JAKARTA - PT Protelindo Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), has received a revolving loan facility of Rp 250 billion from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) or BCA. This was announced by TOWR Corporate Secretary Irfan Ghazali in a stock exchange filing on Thursday (3/12).
According to Mr Ghazali, the additional loan is part of the sixth revision of a Rp 500 billion revolving loan agreement signed on 21 December 2016. "Based on the sixth agreement, Protelindo and BCA have agreed to add or revise several provisions, namely the addition of facility B amounting to Rp 250 billion," he said.
With the signing of the agreement on 30 November 2020, Protelindo's revolving loan from BCA increased to Rp 750 billion. The loan is categorised as an affiliate transaction due to both companies having a mutual controlling shareholder. (LK/MS)
