JAKARTA - PT Multifilling Mitra Indonesia Tbk (MFMI) will pay an interim dividend of Rp 40.15 billion from its profit for the year on 29 December 2020. This was announced by MFMI Corporate Secretary Senjaya Bidjaksana in a stock exchange filing on Monday (7/12).
According to Mr Bidjaksana, the dividend, amounting to Rp 53 per share, will be paid to all shareholders of 747,581,000 shares registered as of 16 December. The plan was approved at an EGM on 3 December held in Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java.
The cum and ex dividends will be paid in the regular and negotiation market on 14 and 15 December, and on 16 and 17 December in the cash market. In addition, the company's EGM also appointed Chrysologus R.N. Sinulingga as a director, replacing Jip Ivan Sutanto. Prior to his appointment at MFMI, Mr Sinulingga worked for PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL).
As of 30 September 2020, MFMI posted Rp 104.65 billion in revenue, higher than Rp 10.91 billion in the same period last year. However, its profit for the year was recorded at Rp 12.40 billion, lower than Rp 24.21 billion in the same period last year. (LK/MS)
