JAKARTA - PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSPT) plans to allocate capital expenditures (Capex) of approximately IDR 500 billion for 2021. This was conveyed by Asan Effendy, Corporate Secretary of JSPT, in a public expose report, quoted on Tuesday (8/12).
He said that IDR 270 billion of capital expenditure would be used to complete the construction of Andaz Bali, and the rest for residential development in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, Puri Botanical and building One Satrio. "For the construction of One Satrio, around IDR 90 billion is reserved for next year," he said.
Andaz Bali is a 5-star boutique hotel with an area of approximately 6.2 hectares with 149 hotel rooms and villas. The hotel is projected to operate in mid-2021. Meanwhile, One Satrio, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, is an integrated retail area with offices. (LK/VA)
