JAKARTA - PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) which operates SCTV television station, will issue 4,419,000 new shares through its Management-Employee Stock Option Program (MESOP). This was announced by SCMA Corporate Secretary Gilang Iskandar in a stock exchange filing on Friday (11/12).
The programme will commence on 18 December 2020 with an exercise price of Rp 1,359 per share. Taking into account the number of shares issued, the private placement will raise a total of Rp 6 billion.
The corporate action was decided at an AGM on 25 June 2018 and reaffirmed at another AGM on 12 August this year. (LK/MS)
