VICI is targeting to reach IDR 100.80 billion via IPO

JAKARTA - PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk (VICI) has been conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) from yesterday to today (11/12). In this corporate action, VICI management offered 1,008,000,000 shares with an exercise price of IDR 100 per share.

From the brief prospectus quoted on Friday (11/12), VICI was targeting to obtain funds amounting to IDR 100.80 billion from this corporate action. As much as 26% of the proceeds from IPO will be used to buy land and buildings for warehouse facilities in Semarang, Central Java, and as much as 74% will be used as working capital.

Currently, VICI has registered an authorized capital of IDR 500 billion, paid up and issued capital of IDR 285 billion, with share ownership structure consists of PT Sukses Sejati Sejahtera (SSS) 99.97% and Luhur Dino Herlambang 0.03%. After carrying out this corporate action, the shareholder structure will now be SSS 84.949%, Luhur Dino Herlambang 0.024%, and public 15.027%. (LK/VA)
