JAKARTA - PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk (POLL) is preparing a capital expenditure (Capex) of Rp 700 billion for next year. This was conveyed by Donisius Adi, Director of PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk (POLL) in a public expose report published on Friday (18/12).
He conveyed that the capex will be used to complete a number of property projects, including Pollux Lito and Pollux Skysuite, Mega Kuningan. "The total capex required is Rp 600 billion-Rp 700 billion," he said.
The capex allocation for Pollux Lio Karawang is Rp 100 billion-Rp 120 billion, Pollux Skysuite Mega Kuningan at Rp 200 billion-Rp 250 billion, and the remaining Rp 330 billion is for other ongoing projects. (LK/LM)
