Construction of Maritime Tower reaches 50.67%

JAKARTA - The construction of one of the Strategic Projects of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) / IPC, namely the Maritime Tower, has reached 50.67% in November 2020. The office building, which is projected to become an icon of North Jakarta, is located on Jalan Yos Sudarso, Tanjung Priok.

"From its construction in Semester II 2019 to November 2020, the overall Maritime Tower Project has reached 50.67%. And we are targeting that in Semester II 2021 it will be completed and ready to operate," said IPC President Director, Arif Suhartono.

Work on the construction of the Maritime Tower Project is entrusted to IPC's subsidiary, PT Pembangunan Pelabuhan Indonesia (PPI). PT PPI itself partnered with PT PP Properti Tbk to form a subsidiary, PT Menara Maritim Indonesia (MMI) with 70% share ownership in PT PPI and 30% in PT PP Properti Tbk. PT MMI acts as a developer and manager of the Maritime Tower building. (LM)
