Artha Graha Bank issued IDR 200 billion long-term debt securities

JAKARTA - PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk (INPC) issued Subordinated I Phase I Long Term Notes (LTN) in 2020, with a principal value of IDR 200 billion.

The LTN was offered at a fixed interest rate of 9.50% per annum, according to securities registration information at Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI). This debt security was registered with a tenor of 7 years and will mature on December 30, 2027.

The LTN trading and book-entry unit was set at IDR 10 billion. Electronic distribution will be held on December 30, 2020 today. Meanwhile, the first interest payment from this LTN will be carried out on March 30, 2021.

In issuing this LTN, INPC appointed PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk (BJBR) as monitoring agents. The company also appointed PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) as the organiser of LTN issuance. (KR/VA)
