JAKARTA. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) has received a US$34.5 million loan facility with a period of one year.
According to TOWR Corporate Secretary Irfan Gazali, the loan will be used as working capital for the company's subsidiaries PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), PT Iforte Solusi Infotek, and PT Komet Infra Nusantara (KIN).
Mr Gazali said he expects the loan to support the operations of Iforte and Protelindo as well as the company, whose shares are owned by the Djarum Group.
The loan, Mr Gazali said, will not have any operational, legal, or financial impact nor does it pose any potential conflict of interest as stipulated in Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (POJK) No. 42/2020 on affiliate transactions and conflicts of interest. (AM/MS)
