Voksel Electric has used IDR 243.30 billion Bond funds

JAKARTA - PT Voksel Electric Tbk (VOKS) had realised the proceeds from Series A and B Bonds, amounting to IDR 243.30 billion, by December 2020. This was conveyed by Shen Shao Junhua, Finance Director of VOKS, in an information disclosure published on Tuesday (12/1).

He explained that the funds were used as working capital during January-December 2020, including the purchase of cable raw materials (high voltage), down payments for purchasing raw materials, purchases of packaging, equipment and spare parts. These Series A and B bonds were issued on December 12, 2019, with a net yield of IDR 493.93 billion.

Currently, the remaining Bond funds, amounting to IDR 250.63 billion, are stored in current accounts and time deposits with interest of 6% per annum at Bank Mandiri. (LK/VA)
