JAKARTA. PT DMS Propertindo Tbk (KOTA) is preparing its first industrial estate housing project in East Kalimantan through its subsidiary PT Accola Hotel Indonesia.
According to KOTA Corporate Secretary Haryadi, in the first stage the project will provide 350 camp units with a total area of 5 hectares. "The area will accommodate around 1,500 residents, mostly expatriates," Mr Haryadi said in a stock exchange filing.
Development of the project, Mr Haryadi added, will commence in early 2021. In the industrial housing project, KOTA will integrate several facilities for residents including places of worship and culinary and entertainment spots. "The housing project will serve as an independent area that accommodate the needs of workers and their families," he said.
KOTA has engaged in property development since 2011. In addition, the company also offers hotel development services for subsidiaries. (KR/MS)
